experience the cowboy life
The Cowboy Way is a program based on the iconic character traits of the Cowboy such as "live each day with courage," "when you make a promise, keep it," "some things are not for sale," "know where to draw the line," and other important foundational concepts that challenge kids to evaluate and develop their character.
Students spend 5 days on site with their youth group. Group sizes are typically 10-12 participants, middle school and high school age. We pray students leave the ranch knowing three things: Their identity in Christ, What the Cowboy Code of the West is, & How to create their own code of conduct.
All levels of horseback riding are accommodated.
for the fathers. the sons. & the brothers.
The Man Trip is a program that helps fathers, sons, brothers and mentors engage with one another to build character, share their faith and build Christian leaders of tomorrow by living life together today.
The objective is to encourage and equip men in leadership, family, faith and work so that the legacy will be one of a lasting, positive impact.
The program strengthens the father/son relationship and teaches fathers practical applications for raising Christ-following children.

Become an OFC Summer Wrangler! This is a great opportunity for pre-college and college-aged young men and women (ages 17 - 24) to get hands-on ministry and ranch experience. Wranglers serve as summer interns and are essential to helping OFC run and as a integral part of our family. Wranglers are expected to:
Assist in leading activities with campers including hikes and experiential learning opportunities.
Aid in facilitation and clean up of events.
Participate in weekly discipleship meetings with other staff members.
Aid in leading discussion and have the willingness to grow in discipling campers and mentoring them throughout their stay at the ranch.
Equestrian experience is not necessary. You will have the chance to ride horses and go on trail rides with the campers and experienced horseback riders.
